ROKN for Android and iPhone
Your day,
in your pocket.
Your schedule, your projects and the assistant, from the same workspace as the web. And when a client calls, their name is on screen before you answer.

Caller ID
Know who’s calling
before you pick up.
When a client, contact or lead calls, ROKN shows their name, company and project on the incoming-call screen. No saving numbers into your phone, no guessing.
- Works when the app is closed
- Calls are matched on your phone; nothing is sent when one comes in
- Choose which workspaces it covers
- Turn it off at any time

Questions
Who is the app for?
You and your team: everyone who works in a ROKN workspace. Your clients don’t need it; they have the client portal.
What does caller ID need on my phone?
On Android, permission to identify calls, plus two optional ones: to show the card over the call screen, and to notice when you answer so the card can close. On iPhone, the caller’s name will appear under the number.
Are my clients’ numbers stored on the phone?
Yes, for the workspaces you choose, so a call can be matched without asking a server. Turning caller ID off or signing out removes them.
Can I choose which notifications I get?
Yes. Every kind of update has its own switch, for each workspace. Email and in-app choices stay in ROKN on the web.
