See what a delete will do
Before you delete a client or a project, Rokn shows what will be deleted, what will be unlinked and kept, and what stops the delete. If something blocks it, you can archive instead.
The recycle bin
A deleted record stays in Settings → Recycle bin for 30 days, with who deleted it and how many days are left. You can filter by kind: clients, contacts, projects, tasks, documents, leads, expenses, assets, communications, time entries, calendar events and credentials.
Restore or delete for good
Owners and admins can restore a record, which puts it back with everything that was deleted alongside it. The owner can choose Delete forever, which removes the record and its files and cannot be undone.
When a restore is refused
A restore is refused when something with the same unique value exists again, or when a record it belongs to is gone. Rename or remove the other record, or restore the parent first.
